In this workshop, Leila Abdelrazaq will guide participants in imagining new futures through comics. We’ll start with some free writing: What is the new world that you want to see in your lifetime? Together, we will use comics to help us envision speculative roadmaps towards liberation. Bring your favorite art supplies, scrap paper or a journal for brainstorming, and a sheet of paper to draw your comic on. No prior experience with drawing or comics is necessary!
