In this workshop, participants will learn about and create their own mad maps, wellness tools that support us in learning and communicating about our needs when we are experiencing crises, and keep us accountable to our wellness outside of crises. Creating mad maps as zines allows us to use arts and crafts for creative expression, self-reflection, and community wellness as well as share our needs with loved ones. Bring your art supplies, scissors, and glue sticks to create your own mad map! No zine making experience necessary.
